"This amazing little 50s diner is a hidden gem. We had amazing waffles and bacon with maple syrup and fresh fruit. Breakfast was just delightful. A must visit of you are in the area. The atmosphere was relaxed and very friendly. The food was just divine, and the staff were bubbly and friendly. And the menu was vast. We will be back for lunch next time. But we will definitely be back."

"Betty Boop (the waitress) "Boop Oop A Doop". On our way back from Bowen dropped into this amazing 50's-60's cafe on the side of the highway. Huge hamburger and malted milkshake. They even had original shaped bottles of current Coca-Cola. I reckon Fozie would be able to put a record on by hitting the juke box. We have seen a similar original place in Deloraine Tasmania, where Tracey got into trouble for taking a photo inside. This place though is all sparkling new and no issues with taking a photo."

"Food was absolutely delicious and so fresh. Awesome coffee. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this place anytime of a awesome meal. Only a 30 minute drive north of Mackay. Well worth bypassing Mackay and stopping here. Can't wait till we stop here on our way past again."

"Fantastic service and yummy cafe style food. Generous sized servings! Inside and outside seating available. They also had some very nice looking baking and while I'm not a coffee drinker, it smelt great and people sipping on theirs looked very happy. Worth a stop in and beats servo food hands down."
